Latest Version Download

Thread needs solution

I have some new Dell E5540's to image and the Acronis website STILL lists version 540 as the latest edition! I know that there are newer versions available and need to have access to it so that I can image these machines. Please send me a link to download the latest version. Why can't the latest edition be posted on the Acronis site so that users can access it when they need it?

Chris,

I'm in the same boat. It doesn't make sense at all. I had a chat session with a tech who was supposed to send me the link to the latest build, but never did.

I'm sure someone will reply soon with the link.

I am in need of the latest edition also. We have 50 new Dell Latitude 3340's to image that the NIC driver is not working with current edition.
Thank you in advance.

Would be great if they actually just released a new version of the software instead of making us jump through hoops and beg and plead for a version of the software that supports current network cards.

Hello Matt,

As you may know, the hardware market is developing very rapidly, and we cannot publish a new build every time a new NIC plate is out on market.

As a workaround, you may always use the WinPE option, which helps to workaround almost any issue with non-recognized software.

Please also be aware, that a new version of Acronis SnapDeploy (version, not build) is to be released very soon, and if you have a valid maintenance program, you will be eligible for a free upgrade, which can be done in your account at www.acronis.com. Here is the description of the operation: https://kb.acronis.com/content/21364 (it's for another product, but is good for SnapDeploy too).
