Lenovo X250 network problems
Dear all,
we tried to restore an image from an Lenovo X250 with Snap Deploy 4 but we recognized that after booting the laptop with the PE Boot cd (created with the Snap Deploy Server), the network card was not working. So we added the NIC drivers to the PE image and tried again. Also did not work.
Then I checked the version 5 of Snap Deploy and tried with that. Now I can confirm that the X250 notebook will start up without any error and gives also the information that it can be deployed.
But I see no IP was given to the notebook and also on the server the device is in status "not ready".
Is it needed to receive an update from Acronis? Thanks for your help.

I updated the Snap Deploy version to 5 (from 4). Still not possible to get the Lenovo X250 network driver for bootup.
I created a WINPE Media and also added manually the network driver for the X250, also not working.
The target machine receives an IP from DHCP.
THanks for your answers.

Looks like the driver for the specific NIC is not added to the media even in the new version.
Please contact our support team for further investigation of the issue. http://www.acronis.com/support/
Best regards.
