Locating the Serial Number in the Snap 5 Mangement Console

Thread needs solution

Can someone tell me where I can find the serial number within the Acronis Snap 5 Management Console? I haven't had any luck finding it in the Help>About section. It only tells me what revision I'm using but not the serial number. Any help is appreciated.

There's technically no actual license for the console. You add workstation or server licenses for deployment and that's what activates it.   You should be able to see the deployment licenses from the left hand panel which lists:

Welcome Screen

Machines

Deployment Tasks

PXE Server

Licenses

These are stored in a .xml file in C:\Programdata\Acronis\Licenseserver\keys.xml, but the formatting is not super great when you do (turn on wordwrap and that helps a little bit).

Hi Nicolis,

You can also access the License Server console via C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\License Server\LicenseServerConsole.exe. Run LicenseServerConsole.exe and type the ip-address of machine where License Server component is installed. Then you will be able to see information about free and assigned license keys with the respective MAC addresses.
