Manual Deployment stopped working.
On Friday I was able to manually deploy images. When I came in Monday, my Deployment server doesn't detect any pc's that I'm trying to push an image to. I have set my IP address to static, than to obtain, new patch cables, uninstalled and reinstalled the Deployment server. Nothing has helped. Error Code: E0033001D. Failed to connect to the OS Deploy Server. Licenses are not an issue, I have many to use. I've even tried using different boot media.

First of all please note that static IP won't allow you to perform the Deployment via PXE.
There can be several reasons for this problem, and without the diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact cause. Please gather:
