Optiplex 3010. Snap Deploy 3. Need drivers.

Using latest snap deploy 3.0, I have a Dell optiplex 3010 that will boot to pxe but will not load Master Image Creator or Snap Deploy. When i go through manually configure, the software does not see the NIC. This tells me that i need a newer driver in acronis. To complicate things further, this machine has no optical drive, so it must be booted via PXE.

I'm having the same issue with the Dell 3010 using Snap Deploy 4. I will be calling them Monday!

 So i guess that;

 

doesn't mean enough to Acronis, to get a little support and to maybe keep my business.  I guess i will have to go ahead and take my 7093 seats to Ghost,  i am certain that they can help.  I would imagine they update their drivers without ever having to be begged and pleaded with.

I posted here with a very wide timeframe in mind.  I know how Acronis support is - (SLOWWW!!!). But now, that window of time is steadily closing, i will most definitely be exploring alternative options.

My most sincere and deepest gratitude to Acronis Support for absolutely NOTHING!
