OptiPlex 990 - Acronis Loader Fatal Error

When trying PXE boot with Optiplex 990 w/ 4 GB memory I receive an error message: Acronis Loader Fatal Error: at least 512Kb of conventional memory required to start Acronis Loader. Press (enter) to try to boot your OS. " I've tried shutting the system down and starting it, I'm in the process of doing a boot repair using Win7 recovery, since I've seen that mentioned as a possible "fix".

The solution I found to this via to much googling is to go into the bios and switch the SATA operation from RAID mode to AHCI. Only problem would be if you are actually using raid drives.
The reasoning I read is that the Intel Raid software that loads with RAID enabled uses so much memory that acronis can't load.
