PXE boot not working past the initial menu

Thread needs solution

PXE Boot finds the PXE server and boots the menu as configured on the server. However, no matter which option is chosen, all that appears is a blank screen with the cursor.

The machine is a VM running on VMware workstation and when booting from a snap iso image, everything works just fine (it is just not something that we need - PXE is the number one requirement).

Any idea how to troubleshoot? There does not even seem to be a log option anywhere and I wasted the whole afternoon trying to get this product to deploy a single image to a single machine... yikes.

We'd recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps listed in the following article https://kb.acronis.com/content/47134 Make sure all Acronis components are updated to the latest build 1749, bootable componets should be also re-created as they are not updated alongside with other components. I'd also try with a WinPE-based bootable agent. See Uploading a PE image to Acronis PXE Server
