PXE server not found after booting Agent

Thread needs solution

Computers in a classroom environment are connected to a 24 port switch which is in turn connected to a master switch.
I’ve created a master image, made a deployment task, uploaded the agent in the PXE server, PXE server is running. The computer with the image (one NIC) is connected to a 8 port switch which is connected to the master switch, all in a local network, same subnet.
The classroom computer, in network boot mode, is booting into the Acronis agent and is ready to deploy the image but in fact is doing nothing. Sometimes I get an error with the message that the agent could not connect to the PXE server which I think is strange because the Acronis Agent was uploaded from the PXE server.
When I connect the classroom computer to the 8 port switch and run the deployment task everything is running smoothly.
What could be the problem?

when you have booted the client computer into the acronis agent (in the configuration that does not work) does it get an ip address? I was having a similar problem and found that if I increased the the timeout in the PXE server configuration from 5 seconds to about 20 seconds it would then allow the client time to grab a valid IP address from my DHCP server.
