Question about Deploying Windows 8 and BIOS enabled Product Key

Hello,
We have Lenovo workstations that are downgraded from Windows 8 Professional to Windows 7 Professional by Lenovo. We do not use a volume license, in the past with Windows 7 workstations would enter the Windows License Key manually after the image was deployed.
With Windows 8 Product Keys being in BIOS/UEFI leaves me to wonder how can I image a workstation with a master image that has a different product key and change it after the image ?
Has anyone else come accross this ?
