question regarding snap deploy for server

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

Just two questions please.

How can I find out the current version of my snap deploy? I have tried going to help > about and it is only saying it is build 3299.

The second question is to find out whether this image can push across a 64x machine on OS XP

Thank you

Hello Wayne!

Welcome to our Forum, were glad to greet you here! Thank you for your questions, I'll be glad to address them.

Build 3299 is actually Acronis Snap Deploy 3.0 Version (which should be also stated in your License Server, when you check the License version). If you would like to know whether it's a server version or not, you should also check the License Server - it specifies the full name of the license available.

Please also note that the build you're using is an outdated one, the latest is 3470. In order to update the product, please follow these instructions.

Regarding your second question:

Actually Snap Deploy supports all OSes for deployment (unknown OSes we just deploy "as is", without any modifications and ability to use Universal Deploy when deploying to dissimilar hardware). You can find a list of supported OSes in this KB article. I'm sure I would be able to provide you with more detailed answer if you could give me more details on the scenarion you would like to achieve. Can you please specify it to me?

Should you have any questions or concerns, let me know, I will be glad to help you.

Thank you!
