Running Snap deploy for Servers inside VMware Virtual Machine

I have Snap Deploy for Servers running on a Windows 2003 Server Computer. I would like to run Snap Deply for Servers inside a VMware Virtual Machine that is running Windows 2003 Server (This VM would running on an ESXi Server). Then when I want to add another Snap Deploy Server I can just provision another Windows 20003 VM. Is there any reason why this would not work? Has anyone done this before? When I run Snap Deploy for Servers inside my Windows 2003 VMware VM my clients just sit there trying to PXE boot and nothing happens. It could be a setup problem but I wanted to ask the forum.
