Slowness in Deploying Image to Panasonic CF30 Toughbook Laptop

Thread needs solution

I am new to the Acronis software and have taken over creating the image from my partner who worked with Acronis a few months ago getting the creation of the image to successfully deploy on the Panasonic CF30 laptop. When he worked with support, we were in a test environment. Now we have created a new live environment and I am having the same problem. He cannot recall what support did to fix the problem.
I have created the image and it is on our Acronis server.
When I attempted initially to deploy, using a boot disk that works with all other images, it fails. I have created a new boot disk that only contains the template for this image; however, when I use it, it indicates it will take over one hour to finish.
When I attempt to deploy using the network, it takes approximately 2.5 hours to finish.
I think I just need assistance in creating a boot disk for this image and I can continue to use the other boot disk for all the other pc's in our office.
Thanks much in advance for all assistance

Hello Terri,

Thank you for posting and welcome to our Forum!

There are several reasons why the deployment process can be slowSometimes to increase the deployment speed you need to create a deployment task selecting multicast modeIn this article you will find information for specifying the network settings in the deployment template.

Terri, could you provide me with some additional information so that I can take a more detailed look into this issue.

Please provide me:

1. OS Deploy Server logs

2. Deploy Agent logs

3. Acronis Info.

4. Wireshark.

As a workaround I would like to provide you with step-by-step instructions for creating Acronis bootable media and how to create an offline master image.

In case you need immediate assistance, you can contact our Support Team with the requested information.

Thank you!
