Snap Delpoy 5 with Cisco 2960s Switches

Using Snap deploy 5.0.1, 416 with a Cisco 2960S Switch is not working. The machines listed on the server in the management console all show up as not ready. The computers all have the Snap Deploy 5 Agent installed on them. I have narrowed it down to the switch because when I use a Cisco SG 100 (Unmanged Basic Switch) it worked fine.

It looks like the switch is not configured properly or appropriate ports are blocked.

Please try to disable Windows firewall and antivirus software (if any) temporarily to localize the problem.
If the issue is gone after disabling firewall, open the following TCP/UDP ports: 67, 68, 69, 4011

Also, the above ports have to be opened in the switch settings.

Can those machines be booted from Acronis PXE? (http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ASD5/index.html#1346…)
