Snap deploy

Thread needs solution

I'm attemting to trial this product. I was able to create an image with no problem. However when I try to deploy it I recieve error e00770022.

Any thought or ideas would be great!

Thank you for finding time to join us and open a thread regarding this issue. I'll gladly help you.

I've addressed your comment in another thread before I found these thread and had additional information, so please disregard the information request there. According to the screenshots, this can be either network or backup location issue.

In order to localize the issue, please do the following: 

  1. If possible, check the image location (if it's an external/internal/drive) for errors. Start -> Run -> cmd -> chkdsk /f /r on the machine with the drive attached should do the work. If you cannot check the drive please try moving the image to any other location and check whether the issue remains.
    This will either fix or exclude the corrupted image location.
    If the issue remains, please gather the below data: 
  2. Acronis Linux Report
  3. OS Deploy Server logs
  4. Deployment Agent logs

after that please open a support request, and let us know it's number, we would like to make sure it's handled in a shortest time-frames.
