I have a Dell Optiplex 380 which the boot media for Snap Deploy 2 does not recognize.

All I need is the updated boot media.

Suggestions?

I regret to inform you that this particular hardware isn't supported by the version that you have and it won't be. Acronis Snap Deploy 2.0 is an outdated product, so it's not developed or updated anymore, and unfortunately we do not have an update for its bootable media.

The best solution here will be to upgrade to Acronis Snap Deploy 3 for PCs. You can test the solution before making a decision. Acronis Snap Deploy 3 for PCs also has some new features that you might be interested in, so feel free to check the User's Guide.
