Snap Deploy 2 Can't Open Image

I just inherited a SNAP Deploy Server. I made some images and all was working well.

We wiped the server and installed Server 2008 R2 and reinstalled Snap Deploy. Now when ever I try to load an image I get the error

"Failed to get access to the selected image"

I have checked all the NTFS/Share security settings and everything is fine. Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

Unfortunately due to the lack of information it is hard to say what exactly went wrong, so we'll need to take a closer look at the issue. Could you please kindly specify the following information? 

  1. Full error message
  2. Where exactly the backups are located
  3. Acronis Info
  4. Wireshark output
