Snap Deploy 4 Server not pushing the image to workstations.

Thread needs solution

Hello,
Workstation:
Make: Lenovo
Model: M10B6 - 0009US

Snap Deploy Server Version: Snap Deploy 4 (4.0.582)
Snap Deploy 4 Agent: 4.0.582

I recently upgrade to the version listed above because of issues of the workstation not getting an IP Address. After installing the patch, I created new bootable media. The server now sees the workstation when booting with and selecting the Snap Deploy Agent. Once the server sees the workstation, I change the Individual settings (Machine name and memebership), click ok and then select the Deploy Image choose the image. After a few minutes the icon for the workstation on the server goes from blue to black like as if the workstation was either finished failed. Under the last Result, it shows failed but I'm not seeing any reason as to why it has failed. I looked at the logs, there is nothing there as to why it failed. The image is a good image, I have used it for many other workstation.

This is the first time trying to install an image to this model of workstation.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am a paying customer and familial with this product we have used it for almost 3 years.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Nick,

It sounds like the Lenovo drivers arent compatiable with the new image. You can try adding applications to run in the deployment template menu. I would add the lenovo Driver exe files and then try to deploy the image again. I hope that helps!

I think your wright, this model of workstation was suppose to replace the previous model. With that said I'm thinking your spot on with the driver of the NIC not matching or being compatable with the new model of this workstation.
I'll build an image from scratch of the new workstations, capture it and see if it will let me deploy that image to the new model of workstations.

Thanks again.
