Hello,

This is an ongoing issue (2 years or so) with different versions of Snap Deploy (currently on 1877). The issue seems to be with HP Business Class Pc's BIOS. Currently The 800G2, G3, & G4 towers. When attempting to deploy an image to these PC's, the PC continuously reboots to Windows. I have had a support ticket open on this for about a year with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Dave,

We currently use G1, G2, G3 and G4 business class machines. You have to hit F9 during boot and boot from USB Media that you can create from snap and deploy and then deploy image from external drive, nas ect. Sometimes you do have to turn off UEFI

Thanks for the advice Robert. Im able to boot the PCs to the Acronis PXE boot by hitting F9. I deploy to many PCs at once all in different areas. I need the PCs to boot into the PXE boot on their own via the deployment task. This works with 800G1 (they have different BIOS).
