Snap Deploy damaged Raid 1 Bound

Thread needs solution

Hello,

i have an HP Server ProLiant DL320e Gen8 v2, 2 HDD's are working as Raid 1 bound connected to an HP Dynamic Smart Array B120i Controller. When i start the Server with the Snap Deploy bootable media master Image creator (ver.584) i see booth harddisks and not only the raidbound like it should be.
after booting with Acronis the Windows System is damaged and its not possible to boot them. ive got an windoes error message the. so it theems that Acronis damaged the bootloader or something like that, i try it more times but everytime the same.

i hope someone can help me because i'm planning an rollout with this Hardware and at the Moment i'm not able to create an master Image.

thx in advanced.

Hello Mark,

sorry for the delayed answer.

Please check if a bootable media of Acronis Backup 11.5 recognizes your RAID, gather a system report from this media and contact our support with this information for investigation.

Thank you.

Hello Anna,

we dont have Acronis Backup in use, but i tried it with True Image 2014 and its the same Problem.

Hello Mark,

for testing purpose you can use a trial version of Acronis Backup 11.5. In any case the issue needs to be investigated.

Please contact our support team.

Thank you.
