SNAP DEPLOY ETHERNET ERROR

Hi. This is my first post, and i hope that you can help me.

In my company we're probing acronis snap deploy 3, to deploy images into pc's and workstations. The problem that we have, is that any toshiba not recognize the ethernet interface, so i cant use it.

The models are:

TOSHIBA R600
TOSHIBA R500
TOSHIBA A600

How can i use this models with acronis¿?. How can i pass the ethernet driver to acronis snap deploy server to discover the ethernet interface of theses portables¿?.
