Snap Deploy Freezing Network

I was trying to push out a client last week, and the network seemed to have froze except for the traffic between the Acronis server and the desktop receiving the image. Today i attempted another image deploy and the same thing happened. I opened wire shark and saw the Acronis server flooding the network on port 4902 to an IP address outside of my network.

i was wondering if anybody had has anything similar or any insight as to shat may be occurring.
