Snap Deploy Management Agent

I'm having a problem with installing the Management agent on a computer, when I go through the steps I get the following error in the attachment. I am using the username/password of a domain administrator. When I tried a local administrator account I get an error of bad username/password which it is not. I have tried on a couple of machines and I get this error each time I have tried
