Snap standalone Win 7 32 bit ... restore successful but "missing operating system"

The image was successfully created and even validates successfully. I go to another identical laptop and the restore even goes successful. However when I reboot I receive "missing operating system" I have tried a few time unsuccessfully.

The image created contained 2 partitions
100 Meg - Primary, Active
250 Gig - Primary

The laptops are Toshiba Satellite C855-S5352
