Stand Alone Utility and Unique SID

I am thinking of buying Snap Deploy 4... I am trying out the trial version.
I am wondering about Unique SIDs...If I use the Stand Alone Utility, does that also create a unique SID for each machine? and how does the licensing work for that? I normally do a full lab network deploy once a year, but then use a one to one ( Stand Alone ) if just one machine goes down in the middle of the year.
