Stuck on Acronis PXE Server Screen

We are currently testing Acronis Snap Deploy 4 and are having issues with the PXE server option. The client to be imaged will power up and run the Acronis PXE server, but will just sit there at the Acronis PXE Server screen. I have to manually select the Acronis Snap Deploy Agent in order to start the imaging. Is there an option I'm not selecting with the setup? Any help would be appreciated.
