T410 NIC Not Detected

Thread needs solution

I am not able to find the NIC card to deploy the image to my T410 laptops. Please send me the instructions to update the boot media and PXE server.

Also, when I try to run a standalone image deployment off of an external USB HDD the image deploys in less than 1 second and the computer reboots without any OS.

Please help!

The same issue here. I am trialling the current release and have had good results with older generation PCs, but more recent corporate models such as Lenovo T410s (Intel 82577LM) and HP 8100 Elite seem to be lacking driver support for their integrated NICs.
Any assistange or updates would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Andy, thank you for your comment.

the problem will be solved in the upcoming update for Acronis Snap Deploy 3 (you may want to subscribe to our newsletter), and meanwhile we manually update the components. I will send you the instructions with links via PM in a minute. Please follow the mentioned steps, and check, whether the issue remains.
