Too many fileserverhlp.exe processes

Thread needs solution

Is ASD 4 responsible for creating all the fileserverhlp.exe processes? I see 51 copies of fileserverhlp.exe, seemingly one for everyone of my deployment templates. Do the fileserverhlp.exe files have to exist? Why doesn't ASD clean them up. After several user-initiated deployment runs there are hundreds of copies of fileserverhlp.exe. What can be done to clean them up or at least keep them manageable?

Hello mctimoth,

thank you for your posting!

The situation needs to be investigated. Please create dumps of some of these processes, collect system information and contact our support team.

Thank you.
