Unable To Connect To or Remote Install Agents

E00450007: Failed to start the service. Please contact Acronis Support team. Details: The service did not start due to a logon failure.

Using Admin logon credentials so this is not true. Note: I am running in trial mode.

Ran typical install on Windows 2003 Server. Installed Trial Server/Workstation Keys. Tried to do a remote agent install and tried to connect method, both failed. So then I went local to an XP and Win 7 PC and installed agent. Then tried to remote installs and connect methods again and both still failed. I even shutdown Trend/disabled firewalls. And yes I am using the domain Admin acct credentials.

Nathan, I have close to the same issue:

Failed to start the service.

Error code: 0x450007
Tag: 0x203858FE9CB88E66
The service did not start due to a logon failure

Error code: 0xFFF0
code = 2,147,943,469 (0x8007042D)
Tag: 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8BC

And I have tried 2 different domain admin accounts.

I am having the same problem in trying to remotely install Snap Deploy 4 Management Agent onto a Windows 7 system:

To resolve this issue please make sure that you have followed the steps from this KB article and that you have added ports 445 and 25001 to your firewall exceptions list.
