New Dell Latitute laptops E5410's
created image and when we go to deploy we get the unable to load Linux Kernal, press enter to restart, error message?

It's hard to identify what caused the Loader glitch, but we can try resolving the issue by changing the loader. Could you please follow these instructions regarding PXELinux and see whether the issue persists?
