When trying to take an image of a Dell Inspiron mini laptop running XP Home, we're getting the message, "Unable to load Linux kernel. Press enter to reboot" Please advise how to get around this problem as soon as possible.

Thank you for specifying the issue!

Looks like somehow PXE kernel fails to load the components. In order to solve the issue let's do the following: 

  1. Update the components and reconfigure PXE server
  2. Should the issue persist - build PXELinux
