URGENT!! - Universal Deploy Not Working version 3.0

Thread needs solution

Can someone tell me how to make the Universal Deploy option work! It is installed & I've worked with Acronis support & it still is not working! I'm so frusterated!! In the user manual in section 9.2.7, I do not & have not seen this option when creating a template to make universal restore work! It is install in the add/remove programs & I have 30 available agents & 30 universal deploy licenses available. I've even formatted the server & reloaded everything from scratch & it still does not work. Acronis support will not return my emails or call backs. I have no where else to turn...please help

I am having the same problem last week I was able to use Universal Deployment. Windows updates came down now I no longer have an option to use Universal Deployment. Please HELP ASAP.
