User initiated Deployment error

Thread needs solution

When trying to create a new template in user initiated deployment i receive the following error:
0x19E0032

PxE / File Server both restarted. Also restarted the physical server. No use though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Hello Rick van der Boor

Thank for using Acronis software.

Unfortunately it is not clear why this issue occurs. Does happen the same User-initiated deployment off?

You can switch it on once you have created the template.

If you are using trial Acronis Snap Deploy 3, I suggest you to use trial Acronis Snap Deploy 4.

Follow these steps, please:

1) Click Actions > Manage Templates
2) Select an old template and then click on "Create new".
3) You can create a new template and then start the user-initiated deployment.

If it does not help, contact our Support team.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you, have a good day.

I realize this is a very old post, but I am having the same problem. I'm using using Snap Deploy 4. It has been working fine and now when I try to create or edit a template I get an error with the following codes:

Error Code: 0x19E0032
Tag: 0xBA0B28F7F9893E42

I've tried looking at the application logs to see if I could get any more information on the error, but attempting to open the log file crashes the application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
