User Initiated deployment fails no matter what!!!!!

Thread needs solution

This is a fresh install of Snap Deloy 4 and when I go to upload templates to our PXE server, or out templates in a USB drive I get a strange error... I have formatted and reloaded this machine from scratch.... twice... The error is as follows:

Failed to start session for user-initiated deployment of template 'Windows 7'.

Error code: 0x19E002C
Tag: 0x6E73E187E005375D

This happens with all templates I have or create. Because of this we are unable to image computers and are very handycapped!! Please help.

Thank you for posting.

This is caused by a known product issue which we have addressed in the upcoming Update 1 of Acronis Snap Deploy 4.

To workaround this issue, please begin your user initiated deployment, let it fail and repeat the user initiated deployment one more time.
