Windows 7 hang on black screen with cursor after Universal Deploy

Hello,

I am pushing an image to an HP 6910p laptop using ASD build 3501 and Universal Deploy, not loading any drivers. After the image successfully gets pushed to the laptop, and right after the Windows splash screen, the machine hangs at a black screen with a movable cursor for approximately 2 minutes, and then proceeds to the login screen like normal. I've tried all other modes of Windows, and all work the same.

I've also gone into the device manager and updated all drivers from there. No devices have question marks or exclamation points.
