Windows R2 64 Bit 8 Servers Deployment worked for 2 out of 8 servers
I had 8 deployment licenses to deploy 8 images to 8 servers.
All Windows 2008 R2 3 partition platforms HP DL380 G8's
I used user Initiated deployments. Only 2 worked out of 8 deployments !
Some failed , which allowed me to use the license again, but some were "successfull" . But upon reboot I got message "Missing Operating system".
Now, I've ended up with no licenses and only 2 platforms deployed.
Eventually, had to abandon SD4 and install the platforms manually due to production constraints.
How do I get the 8 licenses back for the machines that didn't deploy. It won't let me delete the licenses and reinstall . 25% success rate and no licenses left.
Don't think will be using SD4 again if the licenses are not recoverable.

a quick and dirty way of doing this is to just uninstall your acronis installation and reinstall, reapply the licenses. Im not sure however if you need to do that, I think it keeps track of where the licenses went by MAC, and should allow you to redeploy to a known MAC again without taking a license. I could be wrong.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall. That doesn't work. It remembers the license details. After reinstalling, it still said that all 10 licenses were used, none available. How can Snap deploy decide whether the deployment was successful, If I reboot and it comes up with Missing Operating system ?? Err no it wasn't and by the way , give me my license back :-(
Is it possible to reinstall WITHOUT the licenses being remembered from the previous installation ??

Sounds like a call to the support line may be in order for you :(
