Won't install Template

Thread needs solution

Trying to make the most of my 15 day trial of Snap Deploy 3 (build 3470)
This has been day one for me. I went step by step thru the Youtube videos and everything seemed to work just fine. I have a few "tib" files that I use for post images that work just fine. I loaded one of those image then used Snap Deploy 3 to capture a version in its on "tib" format. I then created a template with the new image and all seemed well with the world.
I was able to use to boot media disk to load the agent and the workstation with the loaded management console picked up the IP of the workstation I wanted to send the image. I also tried the PXE boot and that booted up like a charm. I was very happy to see that it worked the way it did, but then came time to load the template and using all three methods, Agent disk, Bootmedia disk, & PXE boot. The template look to load then 9% in the process it failed. I checked and double check the process of the template and the "tib" file and the "tib" file works fine. Looks to be a template issue, which I checked, or a license issue, which shows I have enough or an issue with the management console pulling down the template image.
Attached is the log file I get repeatly. I hope someone can make sense of it, so I can buy this product. I like everything about Acronis but this could be a deal breaker if I can't get it to work.

Here are the errors I get (see attachement)
ERROR 52 1 (0X340001) Host '144.45.xxx.xx' failed to deploy
ERROR 51 2 (0X330002) Failed to download image '42417392680'.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the detailed information provided. However it doesn't exactly point us onto the exact cause of the problem, so we'll need additional information. Could you please gather the following data: 

  1. Where the image is located?
  2. OS Deploy Server logs
  3. Deployment Agent logs
  4. Whether you have tried to move the image to another location for testing purposes and whether the result was the same?
  5. Wireshark logs

After that please contact support directly via chat with the information gathered. Since you're using the trial version, you're eligible for online assistance, which would be quicker than Forum Community help.
