0x33001f "failed to clean up disk"

Thread needs solution

I've suddenly started getting failed deployments despite them working fine this morning. The only clues I have from the two deployment logs that I can see are:

Cleanup disk: First fixed drive: Failed to lock disk.

Batch: Last error: {Code: 0x33001f, Line: c:\jenkins_agent\workspace\asd-asd\3030\product\products\patcher\os_deploy\demon\cleanup_disk.cpp:188, Text: "Failed to clean up disk 'Disk number:1'."}.

Has anyone encountered this before? A search on the forum and google hasn't returned anything.

Hello Tom,

I'd recommend updating to the latest build which has been just released https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-snap-deploy-forum/acronis-snap-… and then testing the deployment once again with a new image. Please also look at the steps from https://kb.acronis.com/content/46997

If the issue still persists, we'd recommend raising a support ticket for investigation.
