Acronis Snap Deploy 6

Thread needs solution

Hello.

I have some troubles:
- when i choose in UsersDeployment "Load OS by default" with timeout, e.g. 1 minute, option "Load OS" in PXE boot menu is not sen as default, and it's not working by timeout.
- i have very, very annoying confirmation message: "All data will be lost due to deploy. Continue?". I have deleted "confirmation" blocks from bootmedia.xml, bootmenu.xml, products.xml, but this message still apperars. Is there anything to do with it?

Thanks a lot in advance.
Sincerely yours, Pavel.

Hello Pavel,

sorry for the delayed response! We're able to reproduce the issue you described, our RnD documented it (the internal ID for reference ASD-4943: Acronis Snap Deploy 6, b4569: In User-Initiated Deployment, OS does not start automatically after timeout). Unfortunately, we cannot share the ETA for the fix as of now.

Regarding the alert message - this is a designed behavior to make sure the user is aware of the potential data loss on the target system.
