I can not Take a Screen Shot on the Computer While Imaging, Everything is Running but the Internal SSD does not show up in the List of Drives to Write the Image to.

Dear stephen head,
Could you please kindly clarify where the drive can't be seen in Linux media, winpe or agent when imaging online. If it is Linux media, please try to use winpe as a workaround. Please send us a sysinfo from the medias which can't see the disk.

Optiplex 3000 features an Intel Pentium Silver N6005 CPU / Jasper Lake chipset; it should have a standard Intel RST NVMe interface.
Share the DMESG output from GNU/Linux and/or running windows msinfo32 report.

We've been working with Optiplex 7000 series and they require creating WinPE based boot media where we add the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver to the build. I see an Intel RST driver is also included among the Optiplex 3000 driver downloads. Suspect the RST driver also need for the 3000 series. p.s. They also required we include the ethernet driver too
