I get this error when deploying an Acronis Snap Deploy 4 image. Problem is that I have 60 Universal Deploy Licenses for Work Stations and they are not being used by the License Server.
Host '172.16.18.45' has failed the deployment.

Any ideas?

Sounds like something is hosed up on your licensing server. You could try uninstalling the license server and reinstalling it and attempt to reimport your licenses. If that doesn't work, then I would check with the Acronis support team.

It might be worth attempting.
Good luck!
This worked for me. If anyone else is looking, this setting is Network Utilization in the Template
