e000101f4 failed to read data from the disk

Thread solved

Booting from thumb drive I am unable to capture a backup image of a win10 (ver 10.0.19044) device.

e000101f4 failed to read data from the disk
failed to read from sector '144,107,640' of hard disk '2'

I ran repair-volume on C, it found errors and fixed them.  Now when I run repair-volume it comes out clean no errors but still unable to capture.  The err says hard disk 2, there is only HD in my device.  Acronis, I guess does not honor windows drive numbers so 0 is 1.  Where is disk 2?  I only have 1 HD with 4 partitions 3 are hidden.  is the error message referring the hidden partitions?  Or could it be referring to disk 2 on the server which it cannot read data from...maybe doing some kind of verify (CRC or something) process that is failing?

Fixed, chkdsk \\?\Volume{GUID} and found errors, then ran chkdsk \\?\Volume{GUID} /r to fix
