Snap Deploy 5 using 3rd Party Drivers

Thread needs solution

Snap and Deploy 5 does not show source drive on Dell latitude 5520 laptops.  Dell thinks it's a driver issue.  They gave me a link to a driver that might work to access the drive but I'm not sure how to use them.  I use the Snap Deploy 5 stand-alone utility.  Please advise.

Hello Kirk,

thank you for your posting! You'll need to create a WinPE-based media to add specific drivers https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ASD5/#15952.html

Starting with the Update 4 of Acronis Snap Deploy 5 a Standalone Utility can be included in WinPE-based bootable media too.
