WinPE Bootable Media with HP Drivers
Hi there !
I have a problem with Snap Deploy 6, when I try to create an image with a bootable media, I don't have any network interface.
I tried with the Windows PE version, but the same problem persists, even when using HP drivers (Hp ProBook 450 G8), it doesn't work.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance ^^.

Please refer to the following KB: https://kb.acronis.com/content/45330
Make sure all the drivers are added.
Please also check this user-guide ( if this is related with the issue, because from the description it's unclear ): https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ASD6/#adding-produc…
4- In Network settings, specify whether the agent will connect to a particular OS Deploy Server.
Feel free to reply if you have any questions.

Hello Jose.
I try with various HP drivers but it's the same problem.
Maybe I get the wrong driver pack for HP ProBook 450 G8 (I folow the first link when I search "hp drivers winpe" on Google).
And I already follow the KB link, same problem again.
Thanks in advance!

I found a solution.Acronis snap deploy 5 and 6 were both installed on a Windows 10 PC (conflict problem) and I was trying to make images for a Windows 11 PC (second problem). So I reinstalled the console on a blank Windows 11 computer.
Everything works fine ^^.
