1 day left to use True Image

Thread needs solution

I purchased True Image December 3rd of 2015. I had to replace my laptop because of a harddrive crash, I was able to load and use True Image. I now have 1 day left to use your program so it says each time I open it, how can I fix this problem.

When you click on the account tab does it show that it is activated and can you see your serial # when you click on the "show serial number"?  It almost seems like your install is using the trial and not a licensed version.  Where did you get your installer from - directly from Acronis on the public page, or by logging into your online account and downloading the registered version from there?  Check to make sure it shows it is registered.  If not, that would be the fix.  If it shows registered, sounds like the install may be corrupt.  If it is corrupt, remove all instances of ATIH from control panel.  Then run the ATIH 2015 cleanup too from my signature block (it works for 2016).  Reboot.  Then log back in and run the ATIH installer (making sure to use the latest one from your account downloads) and install it by right clicking on the .exe file and using the "run as administrator" option.  This should help ensure that you have a clean install with the highest privileges possible during installation.
