2016 version will not install

Thread needs solution

I am a long time user who does regular updates of the program. I downloaded the 2016 version, build 5576. Uninstalled the 2015 version, and when I ran the 2016 installer. I got a message that a security update for Win7 64bit needed to be installed. When I installed the update, Windows informed me that the update was already installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the update, restarted my computer, and the same error keeps coming up thus preventing the installation of 2016.
How do I get past this issue?

For anyone else who might be having this problem of installation, here is how I got the program to install. After the online tech was unable to get the program to install, I reinstalled my 2015 version. Then I went to my account and downloaded the exe file from the site, and installed it over the top of the 2015 version. Windows didn't like the install from an exe file, but there was an option to install anyway. Since I trust the Acronis site, I took that route. The installation went without a flaw, and I am up and running.

This is the exact problem I hade when upgrading.
I had Support try to install but in the end resorted to installing ATI2016_5518.exe which went straight in.

Every time you download the ***web.exe this security issue pops up.

Download the version.exe and its ok.
