Access is denied trying to install buid 6571
When I try to install an update, it fails. Error message is
Product: Acronis True Image 2016 Build: 6571 Date: 23/07/2016 Time: 18:01:42 More info: Acronis Knowledge Base Error details: Access is denied If you still need assistance, contact our Support team.
I tried to contact the support team but they say that my support program is expired, which is quite strange since I purchased the product on April 2016 and by law, in Europe, every product or service should be supported for two years.
In AcronisTrueImagemsi.tx log file, there is this error record clos eto the end:
MSI (s) (F8:98) [17:59:32:550]: Error in rollback skipped. Return: 5 1: MSIGEN:ERROR: setprop: MsiSetProperty(propname=MsiSuppCustomActionData, value=) res=6 MSI (s) (F8:98) [17:59:32:623]: Note: 1: 2318 2: MSI (s) (F8:98) [17:59:32:623]: No System Restore sequence number for this installation. The upgrade you are using is a Web based installer. It could be that the download server was unavailable during the upgrade process you ran.
Others have found that installed anti-virus applications running on their systems prevented the install and resulted in the Access is Denied error. It is recommended that you disable anti-virus temporarily when attempting to install the update.
If the above does not apply to your situation then it is recommended that you visit you Acronis Account on the Support site, access your Products and Downloads, select the latest version update full install file, download that file and run the install using that file. Most users whom have to do this also end up uninstalling the existing installed True Image applicaiton prior to running the full install file but your mileage may vary. Attempt to run the downloaded file first before uninstalling.

Trying to post this reply I am experiencing connection issues with Acronis servers so my first point above may be the problem.
