acronis 2016 problem using the ignore on demo

Hi there,

I keep getting an error message to use the ignore and it won't backup.Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Is anyone having the same problem?L

Peter,

More information is needed to analyze your problem.  Please be as descriptive as possible.

What type of backup are you trying to perform?  When does the error message occur? A screen grab of the error message would help.  Is this your first attempt at backing up, or did this just start happening?

Hi there,

I am trying to do a full backup of my partitions..This is the first time that I am making a backup. the error message is specified file doesnt exit..Here is the screen shot

Peter,

Since this is your first attempt at a backup, I believe something happened during the program install.  My recommended action is to perform a "Repair" of the install.  To do that you will need to re-run the install program.  When you run the install program this time, you will have an option to "Repair".  See picture below.

After running Repair, you will need to create a new backup task.
