Acronis Back Up 2016

Thread needs solution

I installed Acronis on my windows 10 computer and attached an external drive vis USB. The drive now shows k(K) and my computer shows a folder and a hard drive with the same drive designation. it is impossible to load a back up to see a file…..HELP

 When I try to access a back up file  since the update I have to open several windows.  Different then prior operation and green bar across the top never stops loading.

Sorry but I do not understand what issue you are asking about here?  Screen images can often make things much clearer if you are able to share them.

Please can you expand on what exactly you have been doing here, what changes have been made, how you have used ATI 2016 etc?
