Acronis Error: "TrueImage.exe has stopped working"
Hi guys,
I have a fresh install of Windows 10 64bit.
I downloaded and installed the following versions of True Image 2016:
AcronisTrueImage2016_5576.exe
AcronisTrueImage2016_5628.exe
AcronisTrueImage2016_5634.exe
They all install successfully but they all crash upon startup with the following message: "TrueImage has stopped working".
I have attached a screenshot of the error.
The only option is to press the "Close Program" button so its not possible to fill out the error report in the background to submit it to Acronis.
Your error reporting module should be in a seperate executable guys.

Hi Grover,
Uninstalled and then ran the Cleanup Utility. After a reboot I installed True Image Home 2016 revision5634 but still got the same error message: "TrueImage has stopped working".

If within first 30 days of purhase of 2016, fill out a support request and get some help direct from Acronis--perhaps via Live Chat.

Your anti-virus app may be blocking True Image from running. You should add trueimage.exe to the exceptions list in your anti-virus app and try again.
