acronis true image 2016 trial fails entire pc backup

Downloaded and installed acronis true image 2016 trial on windows xp sp3.
Tried entire pc backup to two possible destinations: wdcloud w 8tb free;
seagate 4tb usb drive. Both attempts failed with error "Failed to deploy task. Restart your computer and try again. If the error persists, check your Antivirus settings.
Restart gives same failure. Disabling ESET AV gives same failure.

Logging in to http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/ , entering event code gives result that nothing is found.
Anyone have clue if this program works on xp sp3? Marketing hype is really great, but I can't get this to work.
